At the moment, we do not offer custom-made or alteration services. OKIEN is a ready-to-wear fashion brand, and all pieces are produced in standard sizes to maintain quality and design consistency.

Yes, if you need a dress quickly, you can visit our store at  The Grace Mall, Ajuwon-Alagbole Road, Ojodu Berger, Lagos to shop available pieces directly off the rack. For online orders, delivery is completed within the timeframe communicated at checkout or by our team.

Orders arrive within 1–7 working days depending on your location.

  • Lagos orders deliver in 1-3 working days
  • Outside Lagos orders deliver in 5-7 working days.

Yes, we deliver internationally. Shipping fees apply.

Yes. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link or tracking number.

Returns & Exchange

Do you offer item returns?

We do not offer refunds. However, customers may request a size exchange within 24-48 hours of receiving their order.

Exchange Conditions:

  • The item must remain unaltered and in its original, saleable condition.

  • Items must be free from stains, odors, or damage.

  • All delivery costs related to exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note: All return and exchange requests must be initiated within the specified 24–48 hour window after receiving your order.

To request an exchange, please contact our customer service with your order details to begin the process.

Shipping fees are not refundable unless there was a mistake on our end.
