• Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on destination and order size.

• Delivery Issues: If your order is late, missing, or damaged, contact us within 2 days of expected delivery.

2. Returns & Exchanges

  We do not offer refunds. However, customers may request a size exchange within 24–48 hours of receiving their order.

  Exchange Conditions:

• The item must remain unaltered and in its original, saleable condition.

• Items must be free from stains, odors, or damage.

• All delivery costs related to exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
